Junior Project Manager
You will be involved in carrying out daily project related activities including maintenance of project plans, and co-ordination with teams across the business. You will plan, track and monitor technical and regulatory project plans to meet within the pre-defined project timelines that meet business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
You will also have the ability or learn how to:
Design a project plan bridging technical and regulatory functions
Maintain and track a detailed Project Plan, including establishing project timelines
Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management
Identify potential project problems, risks, mitigate contingencies and implement corrective actions
Co-ordinate with client’s technical, regulatory, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure product transitions are within agreed timescales
Develop and manage ongoing professional relationships with key partner companies
Experience/Requirements
The successful candidate must be educated to A-Level standard with basic Project Management Training such as Prince2 Foundation and have the ability to take on responsibility with the team’s portfolio of internal and external projects within the business.
To be considered for the Junior Project Manager role you will want to learn and be happy to work within a team environment. Any experience of working within a Project Management role would be advantageous but is not essential. You will also need to:
Have the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders on a local and global level
Possess excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Be comfortable using the Atlassian Suite of applications (Confluence, Jira)
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be organised and able to work to deadlines
Be naturally analytical, logical and be detail-orientated
Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box
Be professional, punctual and act in an efficient and professional manner
Additional Requirements
Occasional UK travel may be required to attend team/customer meetings, events and training activities

Security Clearance requirements: Due to the nature of our work a UK Security Clearance is required for a number of our roles. To qualify for clearance, you must hold a British passport and have lived in the UK permanently for 10 years (and have 10 years of travel history).
